Go to the enquiry formAegis Atreifs offers personal object selection and specialist search services for clients seeking selected jewellery, decorative objects, art glass, vases, and design objects.
The service is suitable for clients who already know which object they are looking for, as well as those with a broader idea of the preferred style, material, colour, period, maker, or budget.
Aegis Atreifs helps define the enquiry, research the market, review available information, assess the budget, and present a carefully selected group of objects with relevant comparisons and recommendations.
The object selection is a standalone service. A new and separate order through Fixed Price or Personal Price Limit is required when a client chooses to proceed with a presented object. The page for each individual object indicates which purchase option is available.
The initial review of the client’s enquiry is free of charge.

The object selection fee covers search work, review of auction listings and other approved sources, selection of relevant objects, a basic assessment of condition based on available information, budget assessment, market comparison, and presentation of the results and recommendations.
The research and object review included in the package will not be charged again if the client later chooses to order one of the presented objects.
The object selection fee excludes the price of the object, auction fees, shipping, insurance, taxes, and costs connected with a subsequent separate order.
The price of a subsequent order may include the object’s purchase price, fees, delivery, insurance, taxes, and Aegis Atreifs’ commercial mark-up for purchasing, handling, inspection, administration, and resale.
The fee applies to the object selection itself and the work specified in the selected package. It does not guarantee that the client will purchase an object, win an auction, or approve every option presented.
When the current market does not offer a sufficient number of suitable objects, Aegis Atreifs may recommend revising the object profile, pausing the assignment, or commissioning a specialist search for a collectable object.
When the client selects a specific object, a separate order confirmation through Fixed Price or Personal Price Limit is issued before Aegis Atreifs places a bid or completes a purchase.
Specialist search for collectable objects
The specialist search service is intended for rare, collection-related, or documented objects that appear on the market only occasionally. The service is based on continuous monitoring over a defined period.

The specialist search covers market monitoring and analysis. The service does not guarantee that the requested object will be offered for sale during the assignment period.
When a relevant object is found, the client receives information and a preliminary assessment. The client then decides whether a separate order should be created through Fixed Price or Personal Price Limit.
Final report
When no suitable object is found during the specialist search period, the service includes a final report summarising the search results and the available market evidence.

- Up to SEK 3,000
- Up to SEK 5,000
- Up to SEK 10,000

The budget should cover the expected price of the object, auction fees, delivery, insurance, any applicable taxes, and Aegis Atreifs’ costs and commercial mark-up in a subsequent order.
Aegis Atreifs places no bids and completes no purchases without a separate written order. A confirmed price limit is never exceeded without the client’s renewed written approval.
How the service works
-
You complete the form
In the form, you specify the type of object you are seeking, along with your preferences regarding material, colour, gemstones, size, style, period, country, maker, condition, budget, and contact details.
-
Aegis Atreifs reviews the enquiry
Once the form has been received, Aegis Atreifs assesses which service is suitable for the enquiry and whether the requested criteria are realistic within the stated budget.
Where necessary, you receive recommendations for adjusting the object profile, budget, or scope of the assignment.
A large, clear sapphire set in gold with diamonds may, for example, require a significantly higher budget than a silver ring with a smaller blue stone. Auction prices are also influenced by demand, condition, rarity, and competing bids.
-
You receive an object profile
Before the work begins, you receive a brief written object profile. It specifies the object type, key preferences, budget level, selected package, and scope of the assignment.
-
You confirm and order the service
The object selection or specialist search begins after you have approved the object profile, selected the package, and completed the order.
-
Aegis Atreifs researches the market
The work is based on the approved object profile. Aegis Atreifs searches relevant auction listings and other sources approved within the assignment.
When the current market lacks suitable objects, Aegis Atreifs may wait for stronger alternatives rather than present objects with insufficient relevance.
-
You receive a professionally prepared result
The result is presented as a structured information report and may contain one or several objects depending on the package, availability, and market conditions.
For each object, the presentation may include available images, macro photographs where available, a description, and information about condition, materials, measurements, maker, period, and any applicable auction deadline.
The financial section of the presentation may include an estimated price level, estimated total cost, comparisons with relevant objects, and Aegis Atreifs’ assessment and recommendation.
-
You approve or decline
You decide whether to proceed with a specific object. When the object is offered at auction, your decision must be submitted before the stated deadline.
Aegis Atreifs places no bids and completes no purchases without a separate confirmed order.
When you decline the objects presented, the work continues until the number of objects or the assignment period included in the approved package has been used.
-
A separate order is created when you select an object
The page for the individual object indicates whether Fixed Price, Personal Price Limit, or both purchase options are available.
The order confirmation specifies the object, purchase method, total price or price limit, what the cost includes, payment terms, estimated delivery time, and applicable consumer information.
The object selection then ends or continues in accordance with the package and object profile approved by the client.
Important information
Auction results and the availability of a particular object cannot be guaranteed.
Availability is influenced by current listings, market demand, condition, documentation, price level, and competing buyers.
Aegis Atreifs may recommend alternative materials, gemstones, styles, models, makers, or budget levels when the original enquiry does not correspond with current market conditions.
Most objects included in the service are vintage, antique, or previously owned. Natural and disclosed signs of age, use, patina, and wear may be present.
Assessments are based on the information and images available before purchase. A physical inspection can only be carried out after Aegis Atreifs has received the object.
Consumer rights
A service agreement concluded online normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal, beginning on the day after the agreement was concluded.
When the client expressly requests that work begin during the withdrawal period and later withdraws from the agreement, Aegis Atreifs may be entitled to reasonable proportionate payment for the part of the service already performed, provided that the statutory information requirements have been fulfilled.
The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed only when the client has expressly consented to the work beginning and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost when the service has been completed.
These terms do not restrict the client’s mandatory consumer rights.
Read before the service begins
