Sunstone and Moonlight Composition
Carved citrine, mother-of-pearl, clear moonstone and blue topaz meet in a cohesive jewellery composition, with sun-warmed glow, silvery-white light and clear blue accents extending from the neckline to the face.
The necklace’s six citrine flowers and nine round mother-of-pearl elements are individually mounted along the chain. The citrine’s lemon and honey tones alternate with the creamy iridescence of mother-of-pearl, while silver frames and freely suspended accents give the front movement and a distinct artisan character.
The earrings build their floral form from oval and round moonstones arranged in several layers and defined by marquise-cut blue topazes. The moonstones’ high clarity and transparency reflect the glow of the gilded areas and the soft, luminous sheen of the silver. The topazes trace a clear blue outline between the rounded stone forms and concentrate the colour close to the face.
Within the composition, the warm citrine and mother-of-pearl of the necklace are united with the silvery-white and blue light of the earrings. Natural materials, floral forms and sterling silver connect the pieces, while their placement creates two distinct expressions: an articulated decorative line along the neckline and dense floral clusters at the ears.
The necklace’s animated front distributes light across the neckline, while the earrings’ compact form brings colour close to the face. Together they form a considered set for silk, velvet, dark solid-coloured garments and pale natural fabrics.
